QTI...Once I began to use and research CEFs based on the list you provided, it was ADX that stood out. I opened up a partial position (1/3). I was impressed by its long history - also it has the lowest expense of those I researched. ADX has some similarities (in terms of holdings) with NBXG although NBXG has a higher yield and higher expenses.
