Remember - ARM sued QCOM for license infractions - and "cancelled" their license - interfered with advantageous business relationships since 2022 - the latest court ruling pretty much closed the book on ARM's claims - and sets up a massive problem for ARM in the upcoming trial

So - while they worked on all of this in the background - they needed the legal wins to clear the runway
