See my previous post of the other Preferreds w/ links; If you convert based on shares at $2.50/share you have to go to the perspectus as each preferred has a different conversion rate. For the SOHOB the conversion is $20.72. Read the post all the details are there. You have to dig into each prospectus (I provided all the links). --------------------------------------------------- Look at SOHOB to trade as high as $20.72 if you convert; maybe get $25 PAR if the Private Equity calls them as well as pay the dividends in arrarys
