The power button on a Dell Inspiron 15 5000 is the blank key on the top-right corner of the keyboard, which may also double as the fingerprint reader. If it doesn't work, try pressing it firmly, or press and hold it for a few seconds to force a shutdown. If it's still unresponsive, ensure the laptop is plugged in and try a different power outlet or check the connection of the power adapter.
