I am not fluent in Government lingo, but given the current momentum behind eliminating duplications and the medical device changes already in place, we should expect a positive final decision. Guessing this will be a Part II announcement and they are published on Nov five and 19 and on Dec 8, 17 and 31. So 5 opportunities before year end. Nov is my guess.
