I agree. But, I am thinking this is the right off-ramp for Ds who have made their point about ACA and can continue that point while drawing a line against hunger, blaming the Rs for it, and noting they hope for the best on ACA negotiations as promised by Rs in exchange for passing the CR in the Senate as passed in the House.

If only I was confident that the Ds could message this effectively....
