I gave careful consideration to Jfritz's earlier points about NBXG and ROC. This CEF does seem to be doing quite well among its peers in Growth Buy-Write CEF funds. These funds are similar in that they have verry little NII coverage of the distribution. In NBXG's case it is negative per SSD.

This fund is relatively and we do not know with certainty because we haven't had a sustained bear market under its watch. I am guessing that this fund should do well in Bull, Flat and even slightly downward market.

In sustained bear market, I figure NBXG will have a rough time paying its distribution without cannibalizing its NAV.
