Perhaps the shares being dumped are those that were formerly restricted. But, for an explanation of the dive, one need only look at the chart and news ass'd with IPIC.

Other genomics companies working with stem cells? No, don't know of any, but the developmental focus is similar to that of Ontogeny, Inc.

I've just started to dig through the last DEF 14A.
