One-third of Russian oil exports are now at risk after major Greek tanker firms — which used to ship up to 20M barrels of Urals crude each month — halted operations due to new U.S. #Sanctions. Greek ships carried most oil from its western ports. Now Moscow must rely on its risky and costly shadow fleet. Freight rates from Primorsk to India surged to $8–10M per voyage. With @POTUS sanctioning Rosneft & Lukoil and the EU blacklisting 117 more tankers, this hits Russia hard.
