I am curious exactly how they plan on doing security, but one would assume its not just part of Oracle Cloud available to all. Perhaps it will be a private Cloud for other Gov agencies or perhaps defense contractors also. IIRC, AMD also had some leaseback deals with one of the neoclouds who was deploy MI GPUs. Perhaps both AMD and Nvidia will lease time on these Gov systems too?
