Hmmmm, not sure about that. AMAT is basically AMAT, and has always been AMAT.

From 2001 to 2015 AMAT was about flat. Ownwing it for those 14 years would have sucked.

Since 2015 to today AMAT is up about 10x.

So, lucky timing is sorta important as well.
