Where is the arrest report, Bill?

Even this FOXNews article doesn't have it, though they do falsely portray it as if the woman crossed the line on her own volition:

Arrests made as anti-ICE agitators caught on camera clashing with federal officers outside Portland facility (FOXNews)

TPUSA claims that the woman initially made contact with the officer, but again there is no proof of that.

All we have is the word of Trump supporters, and we all know that is unreliable.
