Awareness. Most people are not aware of the crap that goes on right in their own communities regardless of income level. At least I didn't share the client my wife is working with who had all her teeth pulled recently (maybe due to Meth). Her "boyfriend" keeps contacting her to let her know of all the new "opportunities" he has for her (in the sex trade) due to her new status as a toothless, young woman. Oh, I guess I did just share that with you after all!
