QNC has been rolling !!! No revenues and lots of techno talk , I did well with it last year. Should have stayed with it !! Puts SCPE in mind as they are financing and are doing a deal with another co that does have revenue. Small float, good chart behaviour. What struck me is an advertising spend for the latest 9 mos Financial statement of $2 million bucks. One must ask on what?
