05:35 PM EDT, 10/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:

Shares are down after hours, as RMBS posted Q3 revenue of $178.5M (+23% Y/Y), slightly above the $176M consensus, driven by robust product revenue growth of +40%. Licensing remained stable at $66.1M (+1% Y/Y) while contract revenue grew 34% to $20.1M. We believe this growth reflects greater momentum for DDR5 memory interface solutions and increasing contributions from new products as data center and AI applications demand higher bandwidth capabilities. Q4 revenue guidance to a midpoint of $188M exceeds the $182M consensus and our expectations, with product revenue expected at $94M-$100M. Operating cash flow surged 42% to $88.4M, while cash and marketable securities reached $673.3M (+$78.5M Q/Q). We note RMBS's absence of long-term debt leaves open potential M&A and greater cash return to investors. We believe RMBS's financial position and offerings position it well to capitalize on ongoing secular trends in AI and data center applications that require increasingly sophisticated memory subsystems.
