So incredibly frustrating... Bought options on U.UN via IB recently near the lows going out to June 2026 (20s). Perfect setup, already have a big gain, but I guess US citizens cannot hold non-US options unless I'm a qualified institional buyer (QIB). So now I have to liquidate in 14 days. What a stupid f*cking rule.

So if you wanted to try this, don't bother unless you're Canadian.
