I would like to thank Cohen Steers for the recent R.O. on UTF :)

I was able to purchase UTF at an almost 8% discount instead of the recent 5% premium. I sold PDX to fund this purchase. PDX was a very profitable fund but I mismanaged my Roth conversion when I converted near its high. I have grown weary of the VG debacle inside of PDX and I'm not a fan of credit funds which is what PDX is transitioning to.

For what it's worth D. Albo had another article on UTF being a buy along with ZTR. ZTR is a global total return fund that holds utilities and dividend stocks and bonds and is 29% leveraged.
