Multi-year forecasts are only reasonably accurate if it's a stable steady industry (food!) or a growing but capacity constrained industry (airplanes!).

For a small cap stock in a relatively new product area a five year forecast is just wrong. It's better (in my opinion) to just say this segment will grow strongly, and this company is a leader in the segment and so they probably also will grow strongly, and then leave it at that.

For loads of established companies we can't get good two year predictions, of course the prediction for little KRKNF is likely wrong, probably by a lot.
