Re lawsuit: Could someone please bring me up to speed on this? This case can't possibly be set for trial on the merits on Friday. It was just filed a few months ago. There's no way that discovery and depositions could have been completed this soon. Is this the hearing on an injunction pending trial? Any information appreciated.
