Hi E_K_S,

Its been 5 years since Kinder dded more shares.

KMI has completed some big projects and the cash flow has not been much bigger.

Capex growing with AI and I suspect Kinder sees the inevitable resulting in a not far off boost in cash flow.

Usually Kinder will begin to talk about what he sees the dividend doing next year.

So far the last two ears have had a puny increase while the project back log has really grown each year.

These projects have a multiple in cash flow of 5 times.

Sooner or later the net profit and cash flow have to reflect the increase in self fund capex.

I still remember Kinder saying the dividend would be $1.20, now three years ago.

My bet is we'll hear of a nice dividend increase for 2026.

I suspect kinder knows the timing and he's paying $6.00 over his last purchase, which may well look like great timing.

We See.

Bob
