I'm sure Qualcomm has OFMDA patents going into the future. It's the basis of 4G, 5G and 6G on the radio side. Not so much 3G though. In the case of royalties, it's not so much having patents as it is their quality and their foundational value. All the others have patents to trade these days too. The importance of QTL is no where near what it used to be Curious: I forgot to mention Qualcomm did receive a fair stash of cash but spent it upon stuff which didn't quite pan out That's the issue with being tenacious. You've got to pick you spots well, execute well and not be so pushy as to getting others to travel along with you. Always best to be respected.
