Yeah you would think others would be interested in this franchise and all the expertise they have gained. On the other hand, WNDR's board has already given their stamp of approval and the street doesn't seem to be expecting any other offers (otherwise they would have bid the price up in anticipation)... I guess i'll hold on for a few days and see what happens. The only concern I have is that the deal may somehow fall thru (there are never any guarantees with these situations). /Nickt
