Management loves investors like Dixon who blame stock performance on short sellers and stock manipulators and not for the lack of promised bonuses and shareholder rewards. Refr is down 80% since i first heard about it in 1991 or 1992 yet here she is still talking nonsense.

Refr has to hit 50 to keep up with the Dow yet Dixon has 0 shame bragging about an average if 1.17 when the stock was 8 in 1991. Lol
