He won't be increasing his $600 per month contribution next year. I'm hoping he doesn't have to lower it. He's single, lives alone and is paying over $3,000 per month rent in CA for a 1 BR 1 BA apartment. It's nuts! He could get a 5BR 4BA home here in SC for a $3,000 per month mortgage.
