In what is another blatant War Crime, Moscow has now formally folded the occupied Ukrainian territories into its Southern Military District, and will start mobilising locals for its war machine - Ukraine’s National Resistance.

The Kremlin plans to force 50,000–100,000 Ukrainians into service against their own country.

Men aged 18–55, including conscripts, will be targeted.

This is occupation. This is coercion. This is a war crime.
