One of the worst financial decisions i have seen is refr paying rent for 35 years in Long Island. The rent is now 250k a year! They could have bought a building in 1990 for 1m that wiuld be worth 30m now giving refr a book value of almost $1. They should be sub leasing from Gauzy since the Ceo is located in Florida anyways. We are married to them so why continue to waste money.
