Re Oof, my history with OHI! Owned since 2014. Top#25 position so I consider it a sizable holding. Once a "dividend darling", if I recall they were a quarterly raiser for a long time. Then the troubles started.

I owned OHI from (IIRC) 2017-21. It became one of my favorite trade stocks. I believe I'd buy at $28 or less, sell above $33 or something like that. But I always kept a little.

There was always - and I mean always - talk about how one or more of their tenants was in trouble, couldn't pay the rent and they'd have to cut the dividend. To the best of my memory they never did when I owned it.

Good stock for me. Made some money - not NVDA money but some - through it.
