I note in Investors Business Daily that the put-call ratio has spiked again. My NASDAQ Comp chart is showing a double oversold situation suggesting that a key reversal was made on Friday or will be made on Monday or Tuesday. The put-call spike being a contrary indicator has invariably preceded a rally.
