A note on health care POA’s (based on a personal experience): Never give a HC POA to more than one person especially in a large family environment (multiple offsprings). In my wife’s case it turned into WWIII.

Based on this same experience, don’t appoint a family member as an executor other than your wife or husband as initial executor with a non family member as a subsequent alternative.
