Sure, we lend money to countries frequently. During the 80s, we lent money to Brazil, with both cash and support of major banks.

These kinds of deals are necessary to ensure stability.

You're bitching about Arg because you know the politics there aren't currently far left and the last thing you want to see is success there. No other reason.
