Microsoft (MSFT) Market Capitalization As of November 2, 2025, the market cap is $3,848,559,473,535.55 USD. This is calculated as the current stock price multiplied by the number of outstanding shares, based on the latest financial data from Polygon. Note that market caps fluctuate with stock prices throughout the trading day. Add 270 Billion for 27 percent stake in OpenAI. only add 7 percent to its market cap. Essentially a rounding error.
