First, we need to take both houses of Congress. I believe that there are still some good people in most Govt. departments, leadership all pledge allegiance to Trump, but if we're in control of Congress they can't run rampant through their Depts. and they'll either be spending a great deal of time before Congress justifying their moves, or they'll resign.
We need to tell the American people what we intend to do, and we need to make them understand that it's for their benefit. Telling people green initiatives are good is fine, but you really need to make them understand why and really support it. Our climate isn't getting better, but if we, and much of the rest or the world get serious about green initiatives, we can slow down the change and hopefully keep earth habitable for people. If we keep using earth like it's our garbage can, it may not be that long before we'll be fighting to be able to still live here. I'm very much a senior, it won't matter to me, and I think my kids will be okay, but a century or two into the future may have some very serious problems. Our world leaders all need to start to realize this.
