Eric,
The biggest example of CO2 effects in our solar system is Venus. Super hot atmosphere caused by CO2!
I'm sure Venus' proximity to the sun also plays a factor.

Not to mention the fact that Venus CO2 concentration is 965,000 PPM, which is slightly higher than our 420 PPM ...
