Today's moves, related to something I posted yesterday about ditching my poorer performers based on the past year.

I sold ED, LOW, LYB, MRK and SLB.

I bought SGOV and SLV - right now silver is trading at a discount to gold using the 80:1 ratio.

I also dipped my toe, just a little, and bought 85 shares of IBIT. It'll get me paying attention and learning about it. Fidelity made me jump a hoop before I could buy but it was a little hoop.

I'm going to decide on VZ and PFE over the next couple of days. I'm also looking at selling TOL though my total return on it is substantially better than the others. Still, it hasn't done much over the past 12 months.

I have a little cash left. I'll wait a bit to deploy it. If I was forced to right now it would be more SGOV.

I am very close to a full position in silver. I'm about 40% of a full SGOV position but my full SGOV will be 2X what it is for other funds and stocks.
