If you have ever bought a house and sold it, CRA is looking for any reason they can to tax any gains you made on the sale, and not as capital gains, but as business income. Canada is broke, and your Liberal government has directed the CRA to tax the shit out of you. If you ever bought and sold a house and taken the principle home excemption, you need to watch this. Taxpayers that bought and sold homes, even many years ago are being attacked by audits from CRA.
