RE: On a healthy note, I'm going to take a break from sitting in front of a computer and go out for a walk in the rain. Hope you all follow me, or at least get up and stretch and move a bit. Don't be a slug ;)

Got into Key West today, probably walked 4 or 5 miles today, should be good enough to work off the adult beverages and dinner. At least I think so
