Thanks, I may have been too cryptic. My specific question was whether the Medicare cost increase of 11% is factored into the Inflation numbers that drive the SS COLA increase of 2.8%. If yes, that must mean that the increase in stuff like Food and or housing must have gone up less than 2.8% over last year. At least that is my thinking.
