Thanks, Yard Man. I have not read his book, but after your post, I listened to a couple of his lectures on YouTube that are spot on.
What is Christian Zionism?
At its core, Christian Zionism posits that God's covenant with Israel and the Jewish people is eternal and unbreakable. Adherents believe that Jewish sovereignty over the land of Israel is divinely ordained and that Christian support for this sovereignty is both a moral obligation and a fulfillment of scripture.
Christian Zionism is an oxymoron. The two bear no relationship.
The greatest rebuttal of this heresy is found in Galatians chapter three of the Bible. The apostle Paul is writing to the church of Galatia, explaining that Christ's church, consisting of both Jews and Gentiles, is heir of the promise made to Abraham. He also reveals that the promise to Abraham was a sonship relationship with God through faith in Jesus Christ.
God's children are from among the Gentiles and Jews and are Christians.
The heirs of the Abrahamic promise is Christians, those who are in Christ
Galatians 3
1 O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?
2 This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
3 Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?

21 Is the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law.

23 But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.
24 Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.
25 But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.
26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.
27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
