Andrew, NOONE has stated anything that the Line of Credit has been used. If you know of any information, then why don't you share it with us? If not, then the foundation of your argument is weak. Remember, the last time they used shares for an acquisition, it was 2MM shares for a company with 1.8MM NET for '97. A bad deal? I think not.
