On this hourly chart of QQQ, looking from the top, you can see a small five-waver down (A) then three waves up - and right now, we may be in the wave 4 of C (or 3).

It could be all (or part of a more complex) correction.

Since the rally out of the October 10 low looks a lot like a three waver, it’s possible that the recent top was the first leg up on a large Ending Diagonal - which would place us now in its Wave 2.

Other possibilities exist, but less likely.
