CLARK, so what! They are buying on the news it's OVER!!! READ...

Orbital Sciences hit an all time new high today @ $29.125, but
it closed at a lower all time high @ $28.625...

MICROSOFT said it wants to incorporate GPS devices of TRMB, and
ORBI will be next in line with Microsoft for sure, being
into automobile PC's with communication and navigational services
starting as early as next year... GO BILL GATES!!!
If Microsoft backs EVERY PC maker, then it will surely back
EVERY GPS maker as well... It's all about the almighty dollar!

Earnings estimates were lowered for 1Q98 from .18c to .17c,
but annual earnings (1998) were raised to .91c from .89c,
and earnings for 1999 were raised from $1.98 to $2.10 per share!!!

THE LONG TERM OUTLOOK COULD NOT BE BETTER WITH ORDERS GROWING
FASTER THAT ACTUAL CURRENT SALES. CURRENTLY @ $2.9 BILLION IN
ORDER BACKLOG, UP $250 MILLION FOR 4Q97. MORE BACKLOG THAN ANY
OTHER TECH COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! EVER!!!

I maintain my estimate that the stock will be $100 per share
by mid summer... and $200 to $300 by the year 2000...
(not counting splits of course)...

NOTE: This estimate is very conservative as the stock continues
to blow away all of my past predictions!

Happy Trading...
