HR, Seems like an unusual pick for a new board member, a definite "suit" compared to the scruffy oil engineering types running aorund RNTK. IMHO, RNTK is looking to make it presentations more slick. Nothing wrong with that, as long as the "stuff" still outweighs the "fluff". DocStone
