I cannot actually make heads nor tails of this Mr. Greenspan person; it appears that the language and diction exhibited by said heavyweight are purposefully intended to obfuscate some matters that one could easily eschew altogether if one had that inclination, but conversely; assuming one would be at all interested in playing a practical joke on the entire world's financial system for the benefit of one's old fraternity chums, it is entirely possible that the entire matter is completely lucid and unavoidable. That is all I have to say at this time, but I will have additional statements at a future date. BAWK:>
