macbolan. When it comes to any kind of Mortgage (AKA Trust Deed) including a HELOC, nobody can compete with Fremont Bank !!! They are the king of the No Cost Loan. And they are pretty much in your neighborhood to boot. They are very easy on qualifying. We have been with them for around 30 years and real happy with their Small Bank customer service.
