I am guessing there are others with the same trepidation as you over the increase in Covered California Costs and calling in to raise a stink.

Fortunately we have our insurance as a retirement benefit from my former employer. I was surprised to learn that our health insurance cost for next year will be completely flat with this year. Still $1450/month for us which is hight but not as high as you.

The interesting thing is that my younger non-medicare wife is $1200 of that number and my cost (On medicare) is $250 for the supplement.

We should all be mindful of why the ACA costs are going up so much for 2026?
