Isn't Hesai the dominant player in ADAS Lidar?

They certainly seem to have the Chinese ADAS market wrapped up. I believed Velodyne was used with Waymo vehicles which are more on the high-end rather than mass market vehicles.

Cost has to be a significant Ouster issue.
