I am going to give our military the benefit of the doubt on attacking those boats. Just my take. I've seen the videos. Four huge outboards. Probably 300hp each, or higher. $30K to $50K each. These would not be local fishermen or chartered fishing boats. Still, I would like more details and with all our technology why not track one to its' delivery point then attack. Just my two cents worth.
