QTL revenues are down because 3G barely exists these days. We've moved to the 4G/5G level and even that's likely to go lower as horse trading of wireless patents becomes even more common. Cook has more important things to do than buy off journalists Now with hedge funds managers, I suspect that's a different story. Those folks are everywhere these days and well enabled by today's online environment. Cook may want Qualcomm dead but by manipulating journalist et al as to stock pricing doesn't really fit his style. He's a technology marketeer not a stock manipulator.
