Well, that's a thought. Not sure that's what it will take. Koan says "rich people" don't pay taxes, so I doubt them skipping tax payments will be the catalyst to open it back up. It's possible it will be closed for months... but eventually the air traffic controllers will stop coming to work for no pay. Police, military, same... or maybe the welfare people will mount a revolt. Then the country will truly be shut down.
