It seems logical to me that stocks seeing lows now are likely to see still lower prices by 12 20 as people harvest there tax losses. That is pure speculation on my part but I suspect this has been studied I figure I have time to look at burford and decide. It's very complicated because there are several entities where burford is manager and majority owner . All the entities assets and liabilities including debt and minority interest are on the burford balance sheet but no recourse to burford on this. Otoh there is uncertainty as to whether burford will ever collect on its argentine judgment and how many more years that will take and to what extent shareholder will benefit. Ay my age I am more interested in the certain distribution of a profitable reit. Burford seems intent on plowing back what cash flow they get into more cases that take years to resolve. I just wonder when shareholders will see a benefit. At the very least they could set up a tracking stock to reflect the argentine judgment and we could see how Mr market sees it
